connecting to relevant queues (corresponding indicator queue can be retrieved from references in rules)
parse rule expressions and recalculate rule activations after every queue message
update trader - “activation_status” attribute (rules 4/5,  weights 27/45,  (dont confuse with expression activation)) of how many rules are currently met
check if threshold (rules/weights) is met and if so - create notificationif notification already created - wait for deactivation and cooldown (at least 3 minutes from previous notification)) before creating a new one if conditions are met again
