Asset:

  1. User strat withdrawal (code sent to email).
  2. Click on lock off-chain, It will be locked.
  3. User enter confirmation code and confirm withdrewal. Result: User have Locked asset + the same asset on wallet.

The second option: User can lock off-chain asset and the lock on-chain
The third option: User can lock off-chain asset and publush on MKT
