_notify_about_status function
Check when the current task updated event is sent
Modify current tasks events to send out a list of tasks, not single event for each task operation
Ideally it would correspond to database operation, so if you complete 20 tasks, it will send an Event with 20 events.
There may be some optimizations possible with buffering, but lets keep it simple in this implementation
